These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eu9 ("eu9," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the eu9 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at eu9.xyz and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The eu9 Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. eu9 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) eu9 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. eu9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. eu9 may require you to verify your identity at any time by submitting government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension.
2.5 Account Approval. eu9 reserves the right to refuse any account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eu9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. eu9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You agree to notify eu9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. eu9 may, at its discretion, suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident. eu9 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your eu9 account and enable any additional security features offered by the Platform.
All activity conducted through your eu9 account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified eu9 of a security breach. eu9 reserves the right to treat all bets and transactions placed through your account as valid and binding.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. eu9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. eu9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the eu9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eu9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. eu9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. eu9 prohibits the use of funds obtained through illegal means. eu9 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
eu9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
eu9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses may only be used for the purposes for which they were issued. eu9 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
Each game available on the eu9 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. eu9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.
All content on the eu9 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video, is the property of eu9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any eu9 content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
eu9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eu9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
eu9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. eu9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
eu9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. eu9 provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

eu9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your eu9 account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months. Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
You may close your eu9 account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests for account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
eu9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eu9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the eu9 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. eu9 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those issued by PAGCOR.
